Registration for all PEOT Events is done through MyLearningPlan website.
All PEOT Events & activities listed on MyLearningPlan will be open for registration 4 weeks prior to the date of the event.
The deadline date will always be eight (8) days prior to the event. All of our members should be receiving an email via the Board email once it has been listed with MyLearningPlan. To log on to ‘MyLearningPlan’ you need to use your Board email as the userid and your Board employee number as your password. Please check the dates of the event to know when you can register. After registering on MLP, the registrant must send a $25 cheque to the PEOT office prior to the deadline date in order to complete the registration process. Once our office has your cheque, you will not need to concern yourself with this half of the registration for the remainder of the school year. Please note, that if you are absent from an event you are fully registered for, or attempt to drop the event after the deadline date, your $25 cheque will be cashed. You will then need to provide a new cheque for the next event you register for. ( Please leave the date blank ).
For Social Trips/Events: Please ensure that the PEOT office has a signed Waiver Form from you for the current school year. One form per school year is good for all Social Trips/Events you wish to attend during the same school year. Click on the following link for a waiver …
